If you wish to gain access to the information that Ultor hold about you, please contact Ultor’s Privacy Officer on the details provided below. Ultor will respond to all requests for access. On the rare occasions when Ultor refuse access, Ultor will provide you with a written notice stating Ultor’s reasons for refusing access and the provisions of the Privacy Act on which Ultor rely to refuse access. Ultor may charge you our reasonable costs for providing you with access to your personal information.
Ultor take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information that Ultor collects, holds and uses is accurate, up-to-date and complete, and that the personal information that Ultor uses or discloses to third parties is also relevant. Ultor encourage you to contact Ultor if you believe that any of the personal information that Ultor holds about you is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. Ultor hold your personal information in both paper-based and electronic files. Electronic information is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities. In some cases, these facilities may be overseas. Ultor seek to ensure that personal information that Ultor holds is protected from misuse, interference and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Ultor’s employees and agents are obliged to treat any personal information held by Ultor confidentially.

Once Ultor receives a complaint, Ultor will respond to you as soon as possible and will let you know if Ultor need any further information from you. Ultor will notify you of their decision within 30 days, however, if we are unable to do so, Ultor will let you know the reason for the delay and the expected timeframe for resolving the complaint.
